A message from our CEO about what we are doing to keep Saatva's customers, employees, and partners safe
To Saatva’s customers, friends, and family—
I wanted to reach out to each of you to send a message of support in these highly unusual times, and also to let you know how Saatva is meeting the challenge presented by Covid-19. As always, the continued good health of our employees, partners, and customers is our number one priority.
I am hopeful that the tide will turn quickly and we will soon return to normal practices in our home and work lives. In the meantime, here is what we are doing to keep Saatva’s teams and our communities safe and healthy.
At present, all of the employees in our New York and Austin offices are working remotely. Online operations on Saatva.com are unaffected, and our customer service team continues to provide the 24/7 support you've come to expect from Saatva.
Our manufacturing partners are following all current CDC best practices, including frequent sanitizing of common areas and equipment, and closely monitoring the health of staff members. Our delivery partners are doing the same, monitoring delivery teams on a daily basis. Our network is also producing and donating face masks to local organizations.
We are not experiencing any delays in manufacture or delivery at this time. However, if you would prefer to reschedule your white-glove delivery and setup for a later date, please contact us or your delivery team. If you would like to keep your scheduled date but minimize contact, our delivery teams can bring merchandise to your door. (Read more about what we are doing to provide safe and timely delivery.)
