As a consequence of the coronavirus pandemic, the mattress industry, and the home furnishings industry in general, continues to experience widespread disruptions. Materials like innersprings and foam are still in short supply, and manufacturing facilities are continuing to maintain social distancing measures to protect factory workers. Those changes, coupled with increased demand for our handcrafted, American-made mattresses, have had an impact on how quickly we can make and deliver our luxury mattresses without compromising quality or safety.
We are increasing manufacturing capacity to serve our customers better, but because of the unpredictable nature of the pandemic, some delivery time frames might be extended. Wait times to speak with one of our sleep guides may also be longer than normal. We are working as quickly as we can to add customer service staff to meet increased demand.
